The 2016 Summer Olympics mean something to Mayor Richard M. Daley, and feels that Chicago can put their best foot forward and handle a global sporting event of this magnitude like other U.S. cities such as Los Angeles on 2 occasions fix all the construction and improve public transportation before 2016, I'd rather see a city like Rio de Janeiro get awarded the '16 Summer Games when the International Olympic Committee makes the big announcement Friday in Copenhagen.
